Just read your beautiful post, you need to write a book, I just love the way you write . I love that you call him “moon” ,and where it came from. One day he’ll be able to read this blog and see what a great mom he has, documenting his life. You really inspire me to do the same with my kids and it’s a good thing. Thank you for your amazing writing and inspiration.

I just nearly cried. Your words are beautiful, as is your relationship with your father. I am also my fathers daughter. We would share ice cream dates that were similar to your burger dates. I wonder when and why I stopped wanting to go for ice cream with u dad? I will have to take him for some soon, before its too late!
